This Annual Report illustrates the activities carried out and the main results achieved in 2022 by the Supervisory Board (OdV) concerning non-discrimination and equal treatment of the TIM access network. The activities planned for 2023 by the new Board, established in December 2022, are also highlighted.

The year covered by this report represented, for the Supervisory Body, a period of great transformations, not only due to the conclusion of the mandate of the previous board and the start of a new body - with the entry of five new members appointed in December - but above all due to the profound regulatory innovations that insisted on the role and functions of the body itself, strengthening its prerogatives of independence and autonomy.
