Pietro Pinna Parpaglia graduated in Electronic Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Milan; from 2000 to 2001 he was employed in Alcatel and, since 2001to date, he has worked in Telecom Italia.
He gained full knowledge of TIM’s Delivery and Assurance processes by analysing them with accredited business improvement methodologies such as the Lean Six Sigma (of which he is certified “green belt”)
In Open Access he created processes for the technical assistance of fibre services, the denotation of requirements, provision of training courses and the definition and monitoring of quality KPIs.
From 2008 to 2011, in Turin, he managed and coordinated a team of circa 50 employees providing technical assistance to TIM Retail Clients.
Since 2016 he has been working at the Supervisory Body where his role is to deal with technical and economic perspectives, plus, international benchmarking.
For some years he was a member of AEGEE Rome (Students’ Forum for empowering Young Europeans).
