Quarterly Report October - November - December 2022

On 30 December 2022, the new Supervisory Board for the five-year period 2022-2027, which was appointed during the same month by Agcom and TIM, took office. The new members of the Supervisory Board are:

  1. Mr Antonio Martusciello (appointed by Agcom)
  2. Mr Fabio Bassan (appointed by Agcom)
  3. Mr Nicola Blefari Melazzi (appointed by Agcom)
  4. Mr Giacomo Vigna (appointed by Agcom)
  5. Mr Fabrizio Dalle Nogare (appointed by TIM)

During the first meeting, the new members appointed the Chairman, selected among the members appointed by Agcom, in the person of Mr Antonio Martusciello. During the same meeting, the board expressed its approval of Ing. Fabio Pompei for the post of Director of the Supervisory Office.

Quarterly Report July - August - September 2022

On the 12 of July 2022, Wind Tre opened a complaint to the Supervisory Board raising issues related to various problems connected to the high temperatures recorded in the co-location rooms.
With the Resolution n. 10/2022 of 14 July 2022 (Wind Tre S01/2022 - "issues connected to the high temperatures recorded inside the co-location rooms of the TIM exchanges"), the Supervisory Board started a verification activity aimed at checking the reported critical issues and requesting any resolution interventions by TIM.
