The Determination n. 1/2009 adopts the form to be used to submit to the Supervisory Board complaints about Telecom Italia Undertakings execution.
This form can be used to eventually report inadequacies by TIM on the execution of the duties stemming from the Undertakings, or highlight KPI results not in line with target values, or that show cases where the equality of access principle has not been observed.
The Supervisory Board only deals with complaints concerning alleged breaches of the Undertakings; this complaints process does not replace nor integrate the usual TIM customer care services.

The form, properly filled and with any relevant documentation attached, must be sent to the Supervisory Office at the following address with a recorded delivery letter:
