In 2001 he joined TIM in the Mobile Network Planning sector where he accrued extensive specialist knowledge of construction and data services on the 2G/3G/4G mobile networks. In 2009 he oversaw the Premium Assistance bid on Fixed/Mobile Customers as Product Marketing Manager.

He partook in several Technical and Investigations Workshops along with contributing to TIM's response for public consultations and for the implementation of the BEREC Guidelines on Net Neutrality Rules, QoS Mobile, renewal of GSM Licenses and assignment of 5G frequencies.

In March 2018, he was awarded the TIM Academy "Digital Skills" Open Badge.

Since July 2018 he has been part of the Supervisory Office responsible for technical authorisations and Quality of Network services.
