Mr. Vigna is an economist who has spent most of his career in the private sector. He worked about 12 years for Ernst & Young especially in the M&A sector before joining a group listed in Milan stock Exchange as CFO. In 2018 he started providing support to the Presidency of the Council of Ministers on economic policy issues with a focus first on Golden Power and telecommunications and then on public-private partnerships.
Since 2021, he has been involved in industrial policy in the “Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy” where he is in charge for the circular economy and eco-sustainability as well as for the made in Italy sectors.
